Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent image release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
